J-Town Boat Captains wishing to sail their boats to register by eod Mon Aug 19
J-Town helms registered by eod Wed Aug 21 will be assigned boats based on their preference (or by draw if multiple interested parties for a given boat)

Skippers Meeting: 10am
Starting Sequence for first race 11am
