Intro to Race- We will provide a basic introduction to racing for CanSail 1,2 & 3 graduates as well as those new to racing. This includes understanding additional functions on the boat (ie. whisker pole, pre bend, mast ram and etc), race sequence (5 mins starts, flags) and basic rules (starboard over port and etc.). After some classroom theory, we will run a few small races to put these theories into action.
